About Emma
Emma is a Partner at Bexley Beaumont Ltd, specialising in Regulatory and Health and Safety Law. With a background in general criminal defence, she has over 14 years' experience in safety, and more than 18 years in legal practice.
Emma is a solicitor working in England and Wales. She regularly acts for corporate clients, ranging from SMEs through to larger corporates and PLCs, and for individuals across a range of sectors and high-hazard industries. These often include construction, real estate and the built environment, housing, manufacturing, rail and logistics, amongst others.

Qualifications and approach
Emma is dual-qualified as a lawyer, and holds her NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (Tech IOSH). This makes her adept at providing clients not only with legal advice, but with support and pragmatic, practical and commercial solutions in how to achieve, maintain and enhance compliance.
Publications, speaking and industry work
She regularly partners and collaborates with various industry press and publications, such as the British Safety Council, IIRSM, IOSH and Construction News, amongst others. She is also regularly invited to speak, present and participate in panels at leading events, most recently the Tall Buildings Conference, Safety Health and Wellbeing Live, and HSE 360 in Berlin.
She is passionate about health and safety law, and about providing advice and insights clients trust.
